What types of home & garden products do you make at home instead of buying?

Have you taken the plunge to become more frugal or perhaps you want to become "green" by making your own products?

What products do you make at home instead of buying it now?

Window cleaner?
Laundry Detergent?
Foaming hand soap?

Other???

I mix vinegar, water & rubbing alcohol to make window cleaner. Also, instead of using fabric softener, I use vinegar in the rinse cycle. I really can't stand the smell of fabric softener!

I use vinegar, ammonia, bleach and baking soda as cleaners at home (not together) and buy very little commercial cleaners with the exception if I can get it free I will then reuse the spray bottles for my own cleaners.

I have made my own powdered laundry soap but I've been able to get 6 bottles for just $1 so using that instead for now. I also use vinegar most of the time for fabric softeners in the wash.

I mixed a bit of fabric softener in a spray bottle filled with water and use it as an air freshener/antil static spray on the carpets and couches. I spray our hats and brushes in the winter to cut the hair flyaways with it.
