Cheddar Spinach Dip

  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    1 - 10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed, well drained and minced
    1 1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp prepared horseradish

    Blend all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Good with vegetables OR chips. Makes 3 cups. Recipe doubles well.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Corrected ingredient amount!!! Parmesan cheese is 1/4 cup (as corrected in recipe); not 4 cups as originally typed! Hope I caught you before you made this!
