Chicken Wing Dip

as posted by Sharona in the February 2005 What's for Dinner? thread.

Chicken Wing Dip

2 8oz bricks of cream cheese, not fat free
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
6 to 8 oz Franks Red Hot Sauce (I used half a small bottle since kids were eating this too)
2 cups of cooked, diced chicken or 2 cans drained
1 cup diced celery (Optional - I didn't add it)
8 oz shredded Monteray Jack cheese

Melt cream cheese 1 at a time over medium heat, stir in dressing and hot sauce. Remove from heat and add chicken. Add celery now, too, if you are using it.

Pour into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Serve with scoop tortilla chips and celery sticks.

My 9x13 was being used for something else, so I used the next smaller sized pyrex pan I had. 25 min was perfect time for that, too.

This is so tasty.
