Chicken Dip

Chicken Dip

1 (10-ounce) can chunky chicken, drained and separated
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Garlic salt, garlic powder,
Toasted (onion flavor) crackers

In a bowl separate the chunk of chicken with a fork.
Add the cream cheese. Season with garlic salt and
powder to taste. Mix thoroughly. Shape like a
cheese ball to serve. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to
serving for the seasonings to blend. Serve with
toasted onion flavor crackers.

I also have a WONDERFUL chicken dip/ball! It is sooo simple to make.

1 big can all white meat chicken
2 bars of cream cheese
1/4 cup onion ( chopped FINE )
1/2 pk of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix

All you have to do is dig in with your hands and mix it all up. Line 2 salad bowls with saran wrap, fill up the bowls and sit them in the frig to set. Flip the bowl over and pull off the saran wrap and you have a ball...kinda! lol !! Serve with crackers or do as my hubby does and just eat it alone!
