Pizza Dip

1 8 oz. Cream cheese
1 16 oz. sour cream
jar pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
various pizza toppings

Combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well;
spread into a 9x13 cake pan.
Top with a jar of pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and
any or all of your favorite pizza toppings.
( mushrooms, green peppers, onions, etc. )
Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over the top. Bake with
aluminum foil on it at 350 degrees until it bubbles and serve with
Triscuits.

Note* Use whole milk products only, or it will be very
runny.

Hot Pizza Dip

1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 ounces pizza sauce
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
Breadsticks or tortilla chips

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and
Italian seasoning. Spread in an ungreased
9-inch microwave-safe pie plate. In a bowl
combine the Mozzarella and Parmesan
cheeses; sprinkle half over the cream cheese.
Top with the pizza sauce, remaining cheese
mixture, green pepper and onion. Microwave,
uncovered, on high for 3 to 4 minutes, or until
cheese is almost melted, rotating a half turn
several times. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve with breadsticks or tortilla chips.
