Spicy Cajun Dip

Spicy Cajun Mix

1/4 c. Hungarian paprika
1 TBSP. dried thyme leaves
1 TBSP. dried oregano leaves
1 TBSP. onion powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. sugar

Place all ingredients in small bowl and blend with whisk.
Divide equally among 4 suitable mix containers (about 3 TBSP. each).

Spicy Cajun Dip

1 c. sour cream**
1 c. mayonnaise**
1 container Spicy Cajun Mix
Blend sour cream and mayonnaise in medium bowl and add Spicy Cajun
Mix. Blend well. Refrigerate. Best if made 8 hours-1 day ahead.
Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
** Can use fat free sour cream and mayonnaise.

Spicy Cajun Dip

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing ( I would split this with sour cream)
4 Tbs. minced onion
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper

Combine ingredients in small bowl.
Mix well. Makes 2 cups.
Hook 'Em Horns!!!!
