• I was wondering if anyone else is doing, or has done the Medifast diet? It's low fat, very low calorie and low carbohydrate. You eat 5 pre-packaged meals per day; there is a large variety to choose from, and one "Lean and Green" meal, consisting of a healthy protein and low carb veggies. You can use some sugar-free condiments and have a snack if you want to add one, but honestly I'm too full most days for that! You drink your 8 glasses of water per day (plus any other calorie-free beverage you like). In my first six weeks I've lost 25 pounds. It would be nice to have someone to share recipes and strategies with here on FC
