I forgot to weigh this morning, but did manage to get out and walk almost 3/4 of a mile. I made the mistake of taking Roxie, our dog. Never again!!! She's horrible to walk with, about yanks your arm off. She's 50 lbs of rotten! Nah, she's not rotten but she's strong and still technically a puppy. But I was proud of myself! I got home from being yanked around by the dog and did some floor exercises, stretching, leg lifts, crunches and more stretching. I have to say, I feel great this morning, it's 10 am and I feel just wonderful, lots of energy (could be the sweet tea...lol) no, just nice and stretched out. I've been making myself get up and move from this chair at work more than usual just to keep from stiffening up.

Promise I'll weigh in the morning. I don't expect the scale to go down and it's just a random measure anyway, I go more by the clothes and how they feel.

I did weigh this morning and was NOT amused. I will try to do some ab work this week. Just a tiny bit. Eating more fruits and veggies too. I am sure my downfall is all those yummy cream cheese mints I have left over from this last weekend!
