Cambrdge diet?
I talked to a gal who swears by this... I looked it up on the net and ediets doesn't think highly of it. It is a drink meal replacement.... Anyone ever try it?

I have never heard of it. I think that most places like E-Diets look down on diet plans that have meal replacement products, dont they?

I'm curious now so Im going to see what info. I can find on this one. I'll post if I find something.

I've heard of it. Tried it in the 70's. Instant Breakfast came out after this meal replacement hit the market and made a splash.

It's basically a powdered meal replacement diet. They also have powdered soups and such. If you can go w/o food for 2 or more meals a day, then eat one small meal as a third then this might be ok.

Everyone needs to find what works for them. I count calories, weigh and measure my portions and eat no white. (sugar, flour, rice)

This is what works for me.

Good Luck! :)

I haven't heard of this one but my dh did Optifast and lost 160 lbs. in about 4-5 months. You do not eat food period. 5 shakes a day but this one is medically supervised, you have to go to the clinic once a week where they test blood, urine, ekg's, you see a doctor and a dietician. The clinic dh went through is called CONCI,Central Ohio Nutrician Center Inc. Looking up Optifast should give you a clinic in your area.
