ISO Food Optimising "SIN" values

  • can someone advise sin values for margarine, salad dressing, condiments, mayonnaise, and the like - everyday things that you would need to add to your foods in order to make it a "doable" system? Your help/information would be much appreciated. I bought the book but apparently you need to join Slimming World to get that information.....and I am in Canada - Slimming World is in the UK.
