No I didn't measure....but i haven't stopped taking it either..I usually just give myself time and watch my clothes. When the get looser, then I figure I am loosing...then i don't get upset. I am not going to stop but i may start measuring but I don't weigh..I prefer to just let my clothes tell me if I am loosing or not..I figured it might take a little time...thanks for getting back to me...I use to like Weight Watchers but like any other weight loss plan, it has to become a way of life or it just comes back. I am 54 years old so i am getting too old for it to keep yoyoing!! good luck, weight watchers is a good plan.

Are there any side effects to taking this?

Is this along the lines of Xenical? It worked for me but for the first 2 weeks I didnt move far from home because you could be surprised with some embarassing side effects.

Is this OTC or prescription.

Just curious......

Thanks,
Tami

Well no one has posted on this thread for quite some time so I thought I would ressurect it. I have decided to try this out. I actually bought it two days ago and haven't opened the bottle yet, but I am going to start it today. Wish me luck!

(I can't stand the stimulant type supplements either)
