Recipe By : Real Food for Real People

3 cups Tomatoes, canned -- pureed
in blender
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cloves, ground
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup White Vinegar
2 packets Splenda sweetener

Place all ingredients, except Splenda, into a saucepan
and simmer slowly for 90 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and stir in Splenda until mixed well.
Cool. Refrigerate up to 4 months.

Per serving: 4 Calories (kcal); trace Total Fat; (5%
calories from fat); trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate;
0mg Cholesterol; 22mg Sodium

0 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 0 Fat; 0 Other Carbohydrates

Quick and Easy Sugar-Free Ketchup

8 ounces no-sugar-added tomato sauce
6 ounces no-sugar-added tomato paste
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar substitute (recommended: Splenda)

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
