Sugar Free/Low fat Strawberry Pie

Sugar Free/Low Fat Strawberry Pie
2 1/2 cups of water
.3oz pkg sugar free strawberry jello
.8oz pkg cook n' serve sugar free vanilla pudding
1 qt. strawberries

In large saucepan over medium heat combine water, jello,and pudding. Stirring occassionally, bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat. Let cool. Add strawberries and pour into a baked low fat pie crust. Place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST USE THE SUGAR FREE JELLO & THE COOK AND SERVE SUGAR FREE PUDDING!

I made this pie today---yum! I did add some cream cheese to it as it cooked since I love cream cheese. This pie is very good!
