Pudding Cake

This is very simple and it is very good. I have to now bring this dessert to as many office potlucks as I can get to-which starting this month is every two weeks. I usually had to make two to take to church dinners and I'd never have leftovers to take home.

1 large box of pudding, any flavor
1 large container of whipped topping (I usually use Cool Whip)
1 box of graham crackers
1 can of frosting, any flavor

Mix pudding according to package, fold topping into pudding.
Into 9X13 baking pan/cake pan layer the graham crackers and pudding mix. I usually start with graham crackers but you can start with pudding mix if you'd like. You should get at least 2 layers of crackers and three of pudding-with pudding on top. There is a top layer of crackers. The top layer is frosted with can of frosting-the whole can. (crackers will move around when you try to frost the top layer. I usually frost most of each cracker before placing it on top of the pudding mix, when all crackers are in place you add the remaining frosting and smooth over the top of the crackers.
Refriderate from 3 hours to overnight. Best if left overnight. Cut and serve.
Enjoy!!!
