Extremely Easy Peach Cobbler (cp)

Extremely Easy Peach Cobbler
(from Yahoogroups - touted as a TNT crockpot recipe)

4 to 6 large, fresh peaches
1 cup all-purpose OR self-rising flour
1 cup uncooked oats
1 cup light brown sugar (I used Brown Sugar substitute)
2 cup regular sugar (I used regular sugar & Splenda)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. apple pie spice
3 sticks butter or margarine, softened (I used Smart Balance-Light)

Slice and remove pits from peaches. If desired, peel peaches. Place in crock pot with 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of both spices. Blend evenly. In large bowl, blend together flour, sugars, oats, and spices. Cut margarine into flour mixture. Pour over peaches. Cook on LOW for three hours.

This recipe can be used for any kind of fruit cobbler, not just peaches.
