Wallpaper Borders

I have a roll of border trim that I want to put up in my toddler's room.

It's a scene of bulldozers, cement mixers, dump trucks driving along a road.

I'm thinking of of putting it along the baseboard rather than high up on the walls. This way my little guy can SEE it!

Any opinions on this?

I say GO For It! Who says we need to put the border only one the top or the middle? If he will see it better and be able to enjoy it, why not? It's your house and his room. I am just now buying our first home. (My Mom rented also) So I am thrilled with letting my girls pick what they want. It may not be what I want but I wish I would have been allowed to express myself when I was younger. Have fun with it!

I think that this is an excellent idea too, especially if he has one of those play rugs with roads and train tracks and stuff on it!!

I really even think that my son would still love that in his room. He spends a lot of time on the floor with his cars and trucks.

This way your son can enjoy looking at it and there will still be plenty of room for pictures and shelves or whatever.

You might start a new decorating trend!!!

One more good thing about putting a border on the bottom...when you decide to remove it, your arms will be thanking you! No more reaching above your head scraping the stuff off.

Not to mention that I'm SHORT. This will be way easier for me to install.
