Crock Pot Apple Butter

  • Crock Pot Apple Butter

    Fill crockpot with thin sliced apples. Cook overnight on low temperature. Turn off the next morning to cool. Use blender to puree. Return to crock pot.

    Add to cooled apples:

    3 Cups Sugar

    2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

    1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg

    1/2 Tsp. Allspice

    1/2 Tsp. Cloves

    Cook at high temperature to boiling stage. Fill stearlized hot pint jars with apple butter and seal. Share a jar with a friend or family, they'll love it.

    Serve with hot baked biscuts! Mmm!
