You are more than welcome.
I have not made one of these for a couple of years but the more I think about it...why not make a heart shaped one if you can find pink or purple plastic wrap, for Valentine's Day????
Going to the store tomorrow and buying plastic wrap!:D

Grocery bags

I have never made one, but I saw one at a garage sale last year. It was a wreath made with plastic grocery bags. The lady used a wire coat hanger, which she molded into a circle, and cut up the bags into the lengths she desired and tied them on. It was real pretty. She used mostly the white bags with a few colored ones tied on now and then for interest.

I think I will have my dd make a grocery bag wreath and a baggie one to keep her self busy around the holidays

Thanks for this fun idea for the kids to do. I've never heard of these. Tonight is our last night of Vacation Bible School and we leave for a week long vacation tomorrow night. So I'll take the supplies for this craft for the kids to do while we are on vacation, this will definately entertain their little selves.

Thanks again for all the ideas, I think I need to spend more time here!

wreathes made out opf trash bags

After you have made the wreath you can use spray snow and lightly frost the wreath, this looks very nice. you can also use spray paint, green on clear bags and this works out well too. i have made these for years and my kids and grandkids make them too.
