Wow these are wonderful. You have a lot of talent. And yes I really think you should go into the business of making and selling those quillows.

God Bless

Your quilts

Great job quilting! I envy you. I love quilting, but don't seem to get beyond a small lap quilt.

Hi justGina,

Your quilts are beautiful! I've always wanted to quilt and have many books, but so far haven't braved it. This summer in Dillsboro, NC at a craft cooperative called Dogwood Crafters, I bought a shoulder bag made like your rag quilt. Instead of squares, there are 2 1/2 strips.

Keep up the good work, and keep posting the results.

Linda

Great pics!

I really like the Fence Rail quilt. I don't believe I have ever seen that pattern. What is the level of difficulty on that one? I really like it. Would it be in books? Thanks for your help.

Hi....I just finished my first rag quilt. It was fun and surprisingly easy. I am anxious to start another quilt, but I have a few other projects to complete before I start.

I'm going to try to put a pic of my quilt up....keeping my fingers crossed that it works....I haven't tried to do add a pic to my messages on the boards before.

Happy face new to this forum

Dear JustGina and all quilters:

I just joined this forum and am getting acquainted with it. I am a quilter and a fabriaholic.....I am the proud owner of yards and yards of fabric and several buckets, pillowcases, and rubbermaid containers full of scraps. I do hand quilting....my favorite part of the process. I haven't had a frame up in a few months and am itching to get the Christmas tree down so that I can put up a frame. I have quilts in various stages of construction and hope this new year I will finish some of those UFQ's!!!! The quilt going onto the frame next is a bow tie quilt for my 20 yr old son.

Let me hear from you. I hope to send pics of some of my projects as I figure out how to do that. Loved the pics justgina.

Take time to enjoy quiet moments

I just saw this thread & unfortunately the links to directions in the posts no longer work. Does anyone have directions or know where I can look for them for the shaggy quilt? A few years ago I bought some supplies to get started with quilting but I have a hard time cutting straight lines so I gave up. It's something I've always wanted to do though so I think I'll give it another try. If anyone has any tips for a beginner I would love to hear them. I hope more people post pics of their quilts (finished or not!) because it's such an inspiration to see these beautiful works of art.
