HELP!!!! HELP!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!

I know that this is the wrong thread but I really need help and I know al of you are familier with different kinds of paint and I have a disaster and need advise. I painted some of my clay pots with a textured paint - supposed to look like snow. I painted it a week and a half ago and it is still not dry. What do I do?

I was careful and tried not to put it on too heavy, painting a couple coats rather than just one and I waited about 24 hours before I put the second coat on. It is heavy paint to start with and you can't really paint it you have to kind of pat it on. I thought I was doing the best thing for my situation. I dont know what to do.

I have tried putting one ine microwave - no change. Used the hair dryer - no change. Sat one out in the sun all day - no change.

What on earth did I do wrong?????????????????

I guess I can throw them away but I have rich Scotch blood and it about kills me to throw anything away.

Sandy

It sounds like your textured paint isn't any good. I have used textured snow paint before and never had that problem. If you don't want to toss them, can you wip off as much as possible and buy some new textured paint? If the paint you used was new, I would return it and get a refund. I'm sorry!

Pinkie Winky candles

Amanda and all,

Just wanted to let you know I saw that Walgreens has votive candles this week 6 for $1 with one of their in store coupons. I don't know if you have one near you or if they are the type you use but I thought I'd let you know. I have a few jars waiting to be painted...

Mirror sealing solution!

Hi, again, all! I just finished my 3rd painting project, and did another mirror (a birdhouse theme one). Amanda had said to let you all know if I found a solution for sealing the mirror without it looking too fuzzy. I think I have come up with something much more satisfactory this time around. Don't want to take up more space in the jar section, so here is the link if anyone wants to read how I sealed the birdhouse mirror and see pictures of it . . .

Oh janet you flatter me!!

Ok, I hope that Shawn doesn't mind me showing you her jars. I made one for her daughter based on the colors of her room. And I made another "emergency jar" for Shawn. The third one I am still working on, so can't show you that yet.

There's also another custom jar I just finished. It's based on the logo here http://www.kittermansgraphics.com I'll attach the image below...
