Just an FYI, up to this point right here (after foodietx) I have everyone accounted for on the panel. Looks like we have 18 participants as of right now. I am going to start sending out the recipes via email

Thank you for all who are participating, we have enough now and we won't be taking on any new panel members

Got ours and Andy cant wait to start! We would be making one today but he is going to a birthday party.

So, I'd say this will be a mid-week project because I dont think he will be able to hold off until the weekend, LOL!!

Thanks Amanda!!

3D Sand

Obviously you guys don't have to report your results here, it's optional, but I thought I would just for fun Remember, you MUST use the form you received in your email to submit your results.

Here's what we did today:

Dominic (5) and I made "3D Sand". This one was super easy to make, it was a little messy, and we only needed a few ingredients. The only problem I had was that the mixture was too runny when I followed the measurements. I reduced the amount of water and it seemed to work better in the second batch. Also, it was kind of hard for my 5 year old to manipulate the plastic bag with the hole, a squeeze bottle would hard worked better for this. She did recommend the squeeze bottle, but I didn't have one.

This has to dry overnight, so I'll have to let you know how it turns out tomorrow. I would recommend reading the whole recipe for any of these before doing them so you know what to expect and how long you will have to wait for the end result.

Here's Dominic mixing his concoction
