Creamed chicken and biscuits

    Creamed chicken and biscuits....

    4 cups of cubed cooked roasted chicken, sprinkled with 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    1 can cream of chicken
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup cooked peas
    1/2 lb sauted mushrooms

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    6 thawed frozen biscuits.

    Butter an 11x7 pan

    Mix all together except the cheese and biscuits.
    Pour into the prepared pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven, sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese, arrange biscuits, sprinkle remaining cheese over biscuits...and bake another 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly....

    Serves about 6
