Red goulash has beef or other red meat + tomatoes, and white goulash has chicken, pork loin, and spinach. Both have corn or other veggies, and just about anything you want to toss in the pot!

White Goulash is 1 to 2 lb.s chicken cut into bite size and cooked or 2 can of chicken breast meat.
2 med. potatoes (peeling optional) cut into cubes
2 stalks celery chopped
1 onion diced
1 clove garlic minced (or to taste)
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 cupa water
1 can whole kernal corn, drained
3 chicken boullion cubes
Thin noodles, elbo maccaroni, or other small pasta
1 pkg. frozen spinach
dash of nutmeg, and black pepper to taste.
Put everything except the pasta it in the slow cooker. when you have a nice simmering boil add pasta in the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
On high usually 4 or 5 hours on low ALL day.

here is my daddys goulash brown 1 lb ground beef and add onions while browning a little garlic salt and 3 small cans of van camps pork n beans add catsup to taste and you're done takes less than 30 mins and very filling
