Changing-out rubber pants every diaper change, or cycling
No, I'm not talking about bicycles. LOL!
What method did you practice in your home? A fresh clean pair of rubber pants at every diaper change, or cycling 2-3 pairs of rubber pants over the course of the day?
I practiced the cycling method, where I used 2-3 pairs of rubber pants (each baby/child), and while the one pair was in use, the other two pairs were hung outside on the clothesline, allowing them to air-out and dry between changes.
If I caught wet/dirty diapers on time, I was sometimes able to get away with using a single pair of rubber pants all day, however, cycling the pants helped keep diaper odour down.
