Another thing you could do is make a Clowns face on a poster board. place on a wall and make several large red noses out of construcion paper and play Pin the Nose on the Clown. Plaed simular to Pin the Tail on the Donkey.

Tami, all these game ideas have me wishing that Maddie or Miriam would want a carnival themed party. And I want to go to Kennywood now. I haven't been there in years.

For the popcorn bags, you could use red sand pails and paint the white stripes on them.

I just might suggest it to them.

I want to come to the party, it sure sounds fun. Only one thing, if you have the shaving cream, you better keep it away from me, I'll be the first to throw it.

eggshell picking is a hit over here

Once used eggshells, (obviously the eggs are un half) wash them out

Fill a tray with sand/soil etc, and put the halves of the eggs so they don;t look broken and hide a gift under an odd one or two eggs and they lift an eggshell to reveal if they have a prize or not

Hmm, I think Madmum's idea would work with plastic Easter-egg halves as well!

Good idea! We are doing this one, too. My daughter loves this idea.

She is so excited about this party!

I found paper popcorn bags at the Dollar Tree. I'm hoping that they will work.

You are welcome to come and join us!!

Alexis has been asking if we can have water games, too. I've said NO about a thousand times now! lol!!

For a good water game for the little ones like Alexis you need a small plastc swimming pool, a small chair, some buckets of water and some sponges.
Place the chair in the pool, child on chair.
The kids line up and dunk the sponges into the bucket of water and throw (gently of course) them at the child in the chair. Almost like a dunk tank, but no dunking of a child.
Be sure to specify that kids wear old clothes of swim suits.
