  • Your onion bake chicken sounds so yummy! I have a family pack of boneless chicken breast and that would be perfect Fresh squash and peppers are plentiful now here...I am going to give it a try this week. We also love fried green tomatoes here and another favorite eggplant fried too. Thanks for the idea!

Congrats RenJac1301!! Sounds good and I will be trying this.

Thank you Paula for being a recipe tester and testing this recipe.
  • The Onion Chicken, posted by RenJac 1301, was wonderful! Jerry even remarked on how tasty it was! It was so crispy, juicy, and tasty. It was also easy to put together. All I had to do was mix the spices in a small dish and spray the chicken with canola oil(I'm on a weight loss mission) then bake it for an hour. The rest of supper cooked while the chicken was cooking. Spraying the chicken with canola oil instead of adding a Tablespoon of oil is the only change I made. It is delicious and easy to make. I give this a blue ribbon.
