I used Honey Dijon Mustard because that is what I had here.

Congrats Kathy. I'll be trying this soon... sounds good.

Thanks Theresa for asking what whole grain mustard was.. I've never heard of it. And thanks Kathy for showing us what it was. Is it like a hot mustard? If it's hot or tangy, I'd have to use just yellow mustard since I can't eat anything spicy.

In our house it wouldn't be a hot mustard but I'm sure there are varying degrees.

I tried this recipe using Brown Mustard instead. It was wonderful still! Thanks for the recipe, Bibly
