Breaded Chicken Wings

3 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Trim tips from wings, divide wings in half by cutting through remaining pieces with a sharp knife. Mix vegetable oil and seasoned salt in aplate; place corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs in a second plate. Roll chicken pieces in oil mixture, then in crumbs to coat evenly. Place, not touching in a large shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour, or until golden. Serve hot.
