Brownie Cheesecake

BROWNIE CHEESECAKE

NOTES:
  • <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">RECIPE BASED ON 14.6 OZ BROWNIE MIX BOX. <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">MAKES APPROXIMATELY 8 SERVINGS. <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES (DARK-COATED PANS TO 325 DEGREES). <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">USE METAL OR GLASS PAN, LIGHTLY GREASED.
  • BAKING TIME:
8 X 8 PAN = 32 TO 34 MINUTES
9 X 9 PAN = 30 TO 32 MINUTES



CHEESECAKE MIX:
8 OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 LARGE EGG
2 TEASPOONS ALL-PURPOSE FOUR
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT

IN MEDIUM BOWL, BEAT SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS & MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED.



PREPARE BROWNIE MIX PER BOX DIRECTIONS & SPREAD IN PAN. BAKE AS DIRECTED ABOVE. REMOVE FROM OVEN, LEAVE IN PAN, & POUR PREPARED CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE OVER HOT BROWNIE.

BAKE AGAIN FOR 24 TO 26 MINUTES OR UNTIL EDGES BEGIN TO BROWN.

COOL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE 1 HOUR. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 1 HOUR OR UNTIL CHILLED. ADD DOLLOPS OF JAM OF YOUR CHOICE, SPACED EVENLY OVER TOP. DRIZZLE SYRUP OVER TOP.
