Easy no bake cheese cake
8 oz. bowl of cool whip or whatever brand you use.
1 box of cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 large graham cracker crust
1 can of any pie filling you like we used cherry pie filling, you could also use blueberry or some strawberries.
Also you can change the recipe and add cocoa to the mix and sprinkle chocolate chips on top when complete if you want a chocolate cheese cake, or even drizzle the pie with cocolate syrup when done. Anyway, there are lots of variations.
Beat together cool whip, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and creamy. Fill graham cracker crust with mixture and smooth it. Top with pie filling and refrigerate at least 1 hour, or freeze it for awhile if you want. I have been known to freeze it, as it sets it quicker.
