Sloppy Joe Casserole

Sloppy Joe Casserole

1 tube of Biscuits (Pillsbury Grands work great)
1 - 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz bottle of barbeque sauce (I prefer Jack Daniel's Original)
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar is better )
Approx. 2 cups Potato Chips - crumbled with Rolling Pin

In an 8" pie dish (preferably deep dish) place the biscuits next to one another, pinching sides together and flattening as they will rise while baking. Bake according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and drain then add bbq sauce and ketchup and let simmer until the biscuits are fully cooked. Once they are done, you may have to flatten them a little more, then pour the ground beef mixture over the biscuits, top with cheese then finally with smashed potato chips. Bake @ 350 until bubbly... about 10 minutes.
