Potatoes Romanoff
1 lb. cooked ham, diced
2 cups water
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1- 4.7 oz box Au Gratin Potatoes
3 green onions, sliced
Put the ham into a cast iron skillet and add water, milk, mushrooms, mushroom soup and packets containing au gratin potatoes and sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 minutes till potatoes are tender. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
