Skillet Dinner

Skillet Dinner----like a casserole, but you make it in a skillet

8 oz spaghetti, broken up
16 oz ground turkey
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 onion, diced
14.5 oz can Italian style diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown the turkey in a large skillet. Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and rosemary. Stir to combine. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, dried basil and water. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Bring back to a boil and stir in uncooked pasta, stirring well. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes stirring often to keep spaghetti separate. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 4
