Thumbs up Tuna Vegetable Macaroni

This recipe was originally posted by cat lover in Sept. 2012 What's for Dinner thread.

Tuna Vegetable Macaroni

1 1/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
5 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 can tuna, drained, whichever size you want, drained
1/4 tsp dill weed

Cook macaroni to desired doneness and drain. Add cheese and milk, stir till cheese is melted. Stir in vegetables, tuna and dill; heat through. Makes 2 large servings.

This was really good, I didn't have frozen peas & carrots, so I use canned.
It was easy to fix. I wasn't sure how much 5 oz of cheese was so I just made a creamy cheese sauce. I'll be making this again.

This sounds really good. I've been putting tuna with macaroni & cheese for years but never thought to add dill weed or veggies.
