Tater Tot Casserole
1/2 cp chopped onion
1/3 cp sliced celery
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
16 oz frozen tater tots
1 cp shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet, cook onion, celery, and ground beef until meat is brown and vegetables are
tender. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a greased 12x8" baking dish.
Spread soup over meat mixture. Top with frozen potatoes. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes or
until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake until
cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
