Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 c. elbow macaroni
15 1/2 oz. jar pizza sauce
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella
5 oz. sliced pepperoni***

Brown hamburger and onion. Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Drain hamburger well, add pizza sauce and mix. Add drained cooked macaroni to hamburger mixture. Layer alternately in a greased 13x9" casserole dish with Mozzarella and pepperoni, ending with Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350F., 30 minutes.

***I used turkey pepperoni and it was great!

Congrats Abear! I really think this is something we would like and I will be trying it soon.

This was a very EASY and tasty recipe. I have made it twice and my boys wanted more. I made it exactly as Abear has written it even using the turkey pepperoni. It was very good. I even just used the store brand products and had no problems.
