Banana Split Cake

    BANANA SPLIT CAKE
    (Mix and pat in pan for crust)
    1 & 1/2 pkgs low fat Graham Crackers
    1 stick light margarine, melted

    (Filling)
    3 8oz pkgs light cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla

    Pour over graham cracker bottom.

    (Separately Mix)
    1/2 cup of mashed banana
    3/4 cup Splenda

    Put over filling, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30

    minutes, till set.

    (Topping)
    1 large banana, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
    1 cup of strawberries
    1 8oz can of crushed pineapple, drained
    1 8oz pkg cool whip

    (Optional)
    Maraschino Cherries, chopped
    Pecans, chopped
    Chocolate Sprinkles
