Crazy Cake
A moist cake, best the second day. Serves 10 people
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
1/2 cup Crisco oil
1/2 cup boiling water
Directions
Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan.
Mix all ingredients at once except the boiling water. Add the boiling water last and just before going into the oven. Mix well.
Bake 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Cool and frost or sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Good served with ice cream.
