    Easy Coconut Cake

    1 White Cake Mix baked in 13x9 pan as directed on package.

    While the cake is still hot, poke holes in cake with fork.

    Mix one can of Eagle Brand Milk with 3/4 can of Cream of Coconut, and pour over cake, making sure it goes into poked holes.

    Cool completely (overnight). Spread one large container of Cool Whip over cake, then sprinkle on 1 can of shredded coconut.

    Decorated with Jelly Beans would make a neat Easter cake.
