Pumpkin Bundt Cake

    Cake
    1 Spice of carrot cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 reg. can of pumpkin
    1/2 cup 1/2 & 1/2

    Glaze: 2 cups powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. Vanilla rum
    1 Tbsp. softened butter (can warm butter with vanilla rum)

    Mix cake with all ingredients, pour into prepared bundt pan (I use baking Pam spray) Bake in preheated oven of 350' for 40 to 50 minutes or cake is done. While cake is baking (last 5 minutes) warm the vanilla rum (can use spiced rum too) stir in 1 tbsp. softened butter and powdered sugar, set aside under a damp cloth. Remove cake when done. Cool 5 minutes in pan invert on serving plate. Poke a few holes in cake with a skewer ( like kabob skewer). Pour over glaze slowly and carefully. let cake cool completely before cutting.
