Thumbs up Earthquake Cake...

Earthquake Cake

1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 3 oz. can coconut
1 Box German Chocolate cake mix
1 Stick margarine
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 Box powdered sugar

Grease 9 X l3 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Sprinkle
coconut on pecans.
Prepare cake mix and pour over pecans and coconut. Melt margarine and
cream cheese together, add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Cut
into squares.

This cake was very easy to make and very good. My grandkids loved it! My grandkids had a scoop of vanilla ice cream with their cake. Dh and I had a scoop of coffee ice cream and it was delicious.
