SIN
1 c. self-rising flour
½ c. pecans, chopped
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 small plus a little more Cool Whip
2 small pkgs chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
nuts or chocolate
First layer: mix flour (I've used graham cracker crumbs for this also), pecans and margarine and pack in bottom of Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Second layer: beat cream cheese, sugar and the Cool Whip and spread on first layer.
Third layer: mix the chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on second layer.
Fourth layer: spread a small bowl of Cool Whip on third layer. Sprinkle with nuts or grated chocolate.
(Now do you see why it's called Sin? )
