3 Milk Cake

  • Cake
    • 6 large egg whites
    • 1/2 granulated sugar, divided
    • 6 large yolks
    • 1 cup all purpose flour,sifted
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 cup heavy whippening cream
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 1/4 cup brandy
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 2 tbs. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    Preheat Oven to 375 degrees and flour a 9 inch springform pan
    1. Beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl until stiff peaks form
    2. Combine egg yolks and remaining sugar in medium bowl, beat until light yellow in color.
    3. Fold egg white mixture and flour alternately into yolk mixture and pour into prepared pan
    4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes out clean
    5. Combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, evaporated milk, brandy and vanilla in a medium bowl, stir well.
    6. Prick cake top thorughly with wooden pick.
    7. Pour 2 cups of cream over cake, spooning exess on side over top of cake. Let stand at least 30 minutes to absorbe cream
    1. Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl to form stiff peaks.
    2. Spread over top of cake
