3 Milk Cake
Cake
- 6 large egg whites
- 1/2 granulated sugar, divided
- 6 large yolks
- 1 cup all purpose flour,sifted
Cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whippening cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees and flour a 9 inch springform pan
- Beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl until stiff peaks form
- Combine egg yolks and remaining sugar in medium bowl, beat until light yellow in color.
- Fold egg white mixture and flour alternately into yolk mixture and pour into prepared pan
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tooth pick comes out clean
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, evaporated milk, brandy and vanilla in a medium bowl, stir well.
- Prick cake top thorughly with wooden pick.
- Pour 2 cups of cream over cake, spooning exess on side over top of cake. Let stand at least 30 minutes to absorbe cream
Topping
- Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl to form stiff peaks.
- Spread over top of cake
