Chocolate Eclair Torte

    CHOCOLATE ECLAIRE TORTE

    Box of graham crackers
    2 3-1/2 oz boxes vanilla pudding
    3 cups milk
    8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
    Chocolate frosting (I use the kind from a can)

    Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip until it starts to thicken. Layer a 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over top. Follow with another layer of graham crackers and rest of pudding mixture. Cover with a third layer of graham crackers. Spread frosting on top. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Yum!!
