Butternut cake
Butternut cake Mix: 2 cups sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
20 oz crushed, unsweetened pineapple, undrained
2 tsps baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (not fine, pieces are better)
Put in greased, floured 9"x13" or jelly roll size pan for 35-40 minutes at 350°. (Jelly roll pan - 10 minutes less)
Icing: Mix 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp vanilla
