Mexican Fruit Cake

  • Mexican Fruit Cake2 eggs, beaten2 cups flour2 cups sugar2 teaspoons baking soda (sift with flour)1 cup chopped pecans1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain)Mix together and pour into a well-greased 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
