Pina Colada Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
    1 can sweetened condensed milk*
    1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
    12 oz Cool Whip


    Prepare yellow cake mix as directed, bake in a 9x13 cake pan.
    Let cake cool. Poke holes in cake with fork, or wooden spoon handle. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake. Spread pineapple over cake and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.

  • Pina Colada Cake
    Non Alcoholic
    Piña Colada Upside-Down Cake

    INGREDIENTS

    1 yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    1 c piña colada mix
    1/3 c pineapple juice
    1 cube of butter
    1/2 box dark brown sugar
    1/4 c coconut
    walnuts or pecans
    maraschino cherries
    1 can piña apple rings
    1/3 c oil

    PREPERATION

    melt butter in bottom of cake pan
    sprinkle brown sugar in bottom
    place cherries, pineapple, and nuts in pan
    mix cake mix, eggs, piña colada, rum, coconut, and oil 2 min.
    bake 35 to 40 min. @ 350°
    cool 5 min. and flip onto serving dish
