Fig Banana Breakfast Bowl
Nut Crumble
1 cup of raw walnuts
1 cup of Medjool dates
Cinnamon
Fresh Fruit
6 figs
1 cup of fresh blueberries
3 frozen bananas
Pulse the nut crumble ingredients in food processor till desired consistency, it should resemble a granola texture, add in cinnamon to taste and set aside. Slice the figs.
Blend the bananas till smooth and creamy then spoon into a bowl and sprinkle on nut crumble, top with figs and blueberries.
