Mini Quiches

Grands biscuit or store brand large biscuit (home made ok)
6 to 8 eggs (depending on servings)
1 can of cream of ......... soup, muchroom, chicken, celery, chicken verde, etc.
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, pepper jack, etc.)
Optional choices (depending on choice of soup)
1 small can of sliced mushrooms drained
1/4 cup chopped olives
4 to 6 slices crips bacon crumbled
1/2 cup cook meat of choice
1 cup chopped spinach, cooked & excess liquid squeezed out
1 cup chopped broccoli cooked
1/2 cup any chopped veggies that will go with soup choice
Perheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin cups with "Pam" and press 1 grand / large biscuit in each cup.
In a lg. bowl beat eggs well, beat in cream of soup, beat smooth. Add in choice of cheese, meat, veggies, etc.
Fill biscuit shells 2/3 full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until egg is cooked.
